Usability: Annalect Usability Testing Script

ROLE: Director of UX, Annalect

CHALLENGE: Determine the key usability issues of the Analyze feature of the Data Tools application. Manage Jr. UX designers to create the testing script, perform the tests and lead the analysis and findings.

PROCESS: Worked with product managers and client support specialists to identify specific key pain points as well to create a set of user types and a list of specific users to recruit for the tests. Guided Jr. UX designers in the creation of the script.

DELIVERABLE: Creation of a flexible usability script to be used with the identified types of users. Oversaw the usability testing where The script was used by Jr. UX designers to run the test with 25 users.

OUTCOME: Results of the usability tests were summarized for product managers to use in their roadmap planning for future design and development.
