RESEARCh Portfolio

An experienced UX Research professional with deep expertise in UX research and strategy, I help teams define user-centered products that drive business outcomes. Through the analysis and synthesis of both qualitative and quantitative data, I support strategic decision-making, enhance product design, and promote collaboration among cross-functional teams, ultimately delivering impactful and meaningful user experiences.

Below are case studies of past work.

Qualitative Research

Qualitative user research uses methods like one-on-one interviews, group workshops and shadowing to focus on understanding users' behaviors, motivations, and experiences. It helps uncover the "why" behind user actions to help inform product strategy and design.

Quantitative research

Quantitative user research involves gathering data through methods like surveys, site analytics, card sorting, rapid prototyping and A/B testing to measure user behavior and identify patterns, This information is then used to guide business strategy and/or improve site usability.

usability Testing

The goals of usability testing are more targeted and specific, seeking to identify and improve specific metrics or drive user behaviors. Usability testing can happen on live sites and applications or high or low fidelity prototypes at any point in the development cycle.
